HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

At Kuroshio we are very committed to producing high quality products from start to finish and we take great pride in our work. However, we understand that things can be damaged during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact our support staff and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

APPAREL:

All apparel and non-handmade accessories are currently made to order. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that reprints are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.


If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.


Please note that Kuroshio Jujutsu Academy will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a reprint with an extra charge. It is the customers responsibility to provide and accurate and safe delivery address. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

All Exchanges, Reprints, Refunds, and Store Credit are ultimately pending approval upon receipt and inspection of the item. No exceptions will be made.

  • How can I return an item?

    If you need to return an item, simply email jamesk@kuroshiojujutsu.com with your Name, Order Number, and reason for returning the item. Our staff will contact you within 24hrs with an authorization return code.

  • I got my return label, where should I ship the item?

    Once you have received the email with the return authorization and return label from our staff, please ship back the items to:

  • How long will it take for my CC to be refunded after an item is returned?

    Once your return is received and inspected by the customer service staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. For safety/privacy concerns we have no access to this information, and a phone call to your bank and credit card company are the best way to track the progress of the refund.
